Tasting note: Deep plum red color with violet hues. Good aromatic intensity and rich complexity. Red fruits such as plum, currant. Moving on to woody touches, some vanilla and dried fruit. Great attack of flavour, silky in the mouth
Pairing: Red meat cuts, duck, pork, cheeses.
