Sight

Clear, bright, medium-minus color intensity, yellow straw and little yellow gold. Medium-plus density.

Smell

Medium-plus intensity. Primary aromas, fruits and secondary aromas, some flowers. Specific aromas we have are green apple, guava, and white flowers.

Taste

Dry, medium-plus acidity, medium alcohol, low tannins, long stay and very good balance.

Pairing

Ceviche, aguachile, oysters, clams, food with good acidity.
