Fermentation:  36 months in French  oak.


Agriculture Process: Kind practices with the conservation of biodiversity of minimum intervention with organic aspects. Control and monitoring of flora and fauna in contact with the vineyard, development and care of the land in a sustainable manner.

Yeast: Use of yeast with organic certification. Not native.

Grapes: Valle de Guadalupe (estate); Llano Colorado, San Vicente (source).


Visual: Ruby con destellos granate

Nose: Blueberry black cherry, pepper, resin, mushroom, coffee, serrano ham, leather and nuts.

Taste: Soft tannin, high acidity, full-bodied, flavors of cherry, pepper, coffee, dried fruits and walnut and long aftertaste
