Visual: Pale pink with light orange trim, very clean and crystalline.
Nose: Full of fresh strawberries, dried flowers, beeswax, and a slight point of cassis.
Taste: Fresh and delicate, of medium acidity, the salt of the soils of the Guadalupe Valley adorn it and give it volume.
 
Pairing: Mussels, grilled fish, and mushroom risottos.
