Visual:  Deep violet color and garnet red edges.

Nose: Toasted aromas, of ripe red fruits, leather, tobacco and flowers, such as violets and roses.

Taste: Intense taste and is full-bodied, and packed with tannins.


Pairing: Grilled red meats, mature cheeses, stews and fatty fish.
