Visual: Intense nectarine-bright neon fuchsia.
Nose: Fruity and floral, abundant young red fruits, mainly raspberry, blueberry and strawberry.
Taste: Vibrant acidity, corpulent texture and slight saline note characteristic of the Guadalupe Valley.

 

Pairing: Mexican street food, especially the tacos al pastor, with pineapple on top, lemon and salt, or a chicharrón quesadilla.
