Fermentation: 14 months in Barrel 40% New French Oak, 60% One year old French Oak.


Nose: Mature fruit aromas, plum and hints of mushrooms.

Taste:  Bright, fruity flavors of ripe plum, chocolate, balanced finish.

Pairing:  Rich grilled meats, pasta with tomato sauce.
