Nose: Ripe plum aromas, dark chocolate with hints of vanilla.

Taste: Rich flavors of mushroom, forest floor, earthy and chocolate. Full body mouth feel, balance palette, smooth tannins with a silky finish.


Pairing: Grilled meats, pasta with a rich sauce, BBQ, Lamb.
