Nose: Jasmine, orange blossom, guava, green apple, citrus notes, honey and fresh grass.
Taste: Dry, refreshing with a marked bright natural acidity. Balanced.


Pairing: Shellfish and shells from Ensenada, lamb barbecue or some fish tacos.
