Varietals: 60 % Zinfandel, 25% Merlot, 15% Syrah.

Region: Valle de Guadalupe and La Grulla.


Visual: Blood red with magenta hues.
Nose: Raspberry, cherry, wild strawberries, hibiscus , red plum, vanilla and chocolate.
Taste: Light, clean, very pleasant wine, with an acidity vibrant with very soft and velvety tannins. 


Pairing: Paella, pasta and pizza, canapes or entrees, raw or sauteed vegetables; grilled chicken, creamy cheeses.
