Taste: Medium-bodied, clean, balanced and polished with soft and velvety tannins, with a great persistence in the aftertaste.
Pairing: Spicy dishes, sauteed meats, chicken, duck or pork with fruit sauces or with light sauces, sealed tuna; hard aged cheeses; blue cheese.
