It is a natural red wine, with the least possible intervention both in the field and in the winery, without added yeasts or sulphites. Made from a carbonic maceration preserving the freshness of the youngest grapes from our vineyard. It does not go through barrels, passing directly from the stainless steel tanks to the bottle, making it an easy wine to drink and very pairing
