Nose: Notes of red fruits; cherries, strawberries, raspberries, caramel and vanilla.

Taste: Soft attack, with moderate and tannins, light and dry aftertaste, with a good alcohol-acidity ratio.

 

Pairing: Crepes, vegetable salads, soups and creams, white fish, sauces, fresh cheeses, meats and pasta.
