Visual: Cherry red color, clean of appearance.
Nose: Raspberry, currant, blueberries. Also notes of roses, gardenias, tobacco, chocolate, anise, cloves, cinnamon and vanilla.
Taste: Complex and structured, moderate acidity, unctuous. Dry finish and prolonged aftertaste.
Pairing: Mild attack, moderate acidity and with a delicate and dry finish.
