Visual: Dark garnet color and cherry trim, clean of appearance.

Nose: Red fruits such as plum, cherries; toffee, caramel, clove, vanilla.

Taste: Complex and structured, moderate acidity, unctuous. Dry finish and prolonged aftertaste.

 

Pairing: Mature cheeses, pork meats, mole and mainly beef cuts and lamb.
