Fermentation: 18 months in French oak.


Visual: Dark red garnet color.

Nose: Ripe red and black fruits, cassis, prune, dark chocolate and mineral notes of graphite and tar.

Taste: Great body and structure, deep, notes of barrel aging and fruit, very long finish.


Pairing: Spicy flavors, complex stews, red meat, fatty foods, cheeses, cigars.
