Nose: Its aromatic intensity is high, elegant quality with a fruity character. Notes of black plums, blueberries, chocolate, a touch of bananas and caramel combined with spicy notes, between cinnamon and cumin.
Taste: Good attack, frank and very fresh, its tannins are velvety and its elements well integrated. Wide permanence, where aromas are confirmed in the mouth in a spectacular way.
Aging: 6 months in French and American barrels.
Pairing: Ideal for Mexican cuisine like a black Oaxacan mole, adobo and red meats. Service temperature: 14-16C.
