Fermentation: 13 months in French and American oak.


Visual: High color intensity, red purple, clean and bright, and high density.

Aromas: High intensity, Fruity aroma, some spices and toast. Specific aromas, berries, cranberry, fig, vainilla, a liitle bit of chocolate, coffee and tobacco.

Flavor: Dry, medium-plus acidity, medium-plus body, medium-low tannins, medium alcohol and medium stay. Very good balance and smooth.


Pairing: Pasta with pomodoro sauce, aged cheese, charcuterie, smoked meat and chocolate.
