Fermentation: 13 months in French and American oak.


Visual: Deep ruby red color with soft highlights.

Nose: Sweet ripe blackberries, plum, fig, spices and earthy notes.

Taste: Smooth and medium bodied with soft tannins, medium to high acidity.


Pairing: Grilled red meats, stews, spicy food, cheese platters.
