Nose: Very complex and perfumed wine, with black fruits, flowers like violets and roses. Notes of cocoa, cherry and currant with a spicy background and toasted wood.
Taste: Ripe tannins, toasted and well structured. Broad and friendly with fine tannins. Long and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing: Red meats, poultry, stews and pasta, rice with porcini mushrooms or white truffles.
