NOSE:   aromas of ripe red fruit with notes of spices, vanilla, smoke, leather and cocoa.

Mouth: Wine with present tannins, but smooth and balanced; Full on the palate with good astringency. Confirms the notes of spices that give it elegance and complexity

PAIRING: ripe and semi-ripe cheeses, grilled meats and embers wings, dried chili moles, smoked products, cold meats.
