Region: Valle de Guadalupe.

Fermentation: 12 months in French and American oak.


Visual: Plum, redish color of good intensity. Legs are long and thick, good density and good generosity of alcohol.

Nose: Marked fruity notes of plums, licorice, blueberries, toasted notes of barrel and tobacco.

Taste: Great power, good body, robust and with great personality. Dry taste, long stay and tannins, with balance.


Pairing: Cuts of meat and lamb.
