Visual: Deep red with ruby and violet purple sparkles.

Nose: Floral and spicy with aromas of black fruit, figs, mushrooms, with notes of coffee and spices. Taste: Explosion of flavors, well balanced, robust, full body and great persistence.


Pairing: Birds, boar, pork, lamb and aged cheeses.
