Nose: Dried fruit, and enriched with burnt and floral aromas (violets).
Taste: Round wine with soft tannins and flavors ranging from wet dirt, smoke, and vanilla hints of blackberry, mint and black pepper.
 
Pairing: Cheeses, sausages and red meats, birds and spicy Mexican dishes.
