TASTING NOTES:  it  is frank  and  fragrant wine with high   intensity.Expressive  notes of zesty citrus fruits such  as grapefruit ,key  lime  and mayer lemon ,complemented by fresh  tropical  fruits such as guava ,white  melon , of orange  blossom and  white aromatic  flowers .lemon  tea,almonds superb mineral  toner of salt -  air reminiscent  of  the ocean ,close this  unique  and completed nose .
 
PALATE : on palate ,it is smooth dry ,superbly 
fresh  with bright acidity . A weel - balanced aromatically long persistence .delicate tone  of fine salt close the food friendly  and tasty finish.
 
 
PAIRING: ideal  for seafood  and ceviches  fresh  salads,salt -baked fish  goat chese ,fried ,salad,s,camari ass well as poultry  like like grilled  and oysters . enjoy it on its own as an aperitif as well.
