Clean, cherry-colored wine with some purple tones.
Nose: fresh red fruits, with predominant raspberries. Soft wood, vanilla, balsamic notes and spices. Mouth picks up more mature and intense aromas, with some plums, cinammon, cranberry, blackcurrant.
Well balanced, with an optimal finish.
Aged for 9 months in French Barrel.
Suggested pairing: hamburgers, pizza, pasta bolognese, beef tenderloin in gravy, pork loin in plum sauce.
