Fermentation: 18 months in French oak.


Visual: Dark ruby color.

Nose: Ripe fruit like blackberries and cherries, as well as a hint of anise.

Taste: Soft tannins with floral notes like violets with a pleasant finish.


Pairing: Stews, red meat and meatloaf.
