Visual: Garnet red color with violet flashes of medium layer.

Nose: Intense fruity aromas of blackberries, black fruits, cassis and spiced notes.

Taste: Balanced, smooth, complex and broad, with a mature tannic structure and good acidity.


Pairing: Beef, lamb, pork, spicy food, poultry.
