Visual: Bright golden color.
Nose: Sweet citrusy nose of pink grapefruit and lemongrass.
Taste: Creamy attack of these same flavors only more subdued. Nicely balanced with a floral orange blossom acidity in the evolution and long finish.
Pairing: Fish, shellfish , simply seasoned poultry and pork dishes, buttery or creamy dishes.
