Fermentation: 36 months in French barrel.

Nose: Red cherry, cranberry, roses, pepper, lavender smoke, vanilla and almonds.
Palate: High tannin and acidity, with a lot of body, flavors of cranberry, pepper, vanilla, walnut and a long aftertaste.
Pairing:Rib eye, blue cheese and gorgonzola, hamburgers, pasta based on meat sauces
Vineyard: Valley Guadalupe .
