Nose: Graphite,anise and pink pepper,berry pie,coconut currants and vanilla.

Palate: Pomegranate, ripe plum, fresh baked brioche and mulled baking spices. Full body with a velvety mouth-feel, elegant tannins, meduim plus finish.

Pairing:Rib eye, blue cheese and gorgonzola, hamburgers, pasta based on meat sauces
