Visual: Intense plum red with ruby reflections.
Nose: Sweet black cherry with background aromas of ripe plum.
Taste: Attack of these same flavors nicely balanced in the evolution and with complexly dusty yet sweet tannins in the long finish.
Pairing: Rib eye, blue cheese and gorgonzola, hamburgers, pasta with meat sauces.
