Fermentation: 13 months in French and American oak.


Visual: Red maroon, medium opacity and density.

Nose: Strawberry jam, caramel, nuts pancake, roasted peppers and liquorice.

Taste: Tannins very present, high level of acidity with a good length. Aftertaste of bitter chocolate, oaky, pink pepper and cranberries.


Pairing: Moles and coffee desserts.
