Technical information: Cluster and grains selection from the property’s organic vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel and bottling. aged 12 months in french and american oak.
Tasting notes: aroma of Strawberry jam, caramel, dulce de leche, nuts pancake, piloncillo, Tsprouts, roasted peppers, ginger cookies and liquorice. In mouth, tannins very present, high level of acidity with a good length. Aftertaste of bitter chocolate, oaky, pink pepper and cranberries.
