Technical information: Cluster and grains selection from the property’s organic vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel and bottling. Aged 12 months in french and American oak.
Tasting notes: Aroma of cedar, refined leather, blackberries, clove, butter biscuit, and evergreen oak wood. Big, fresh and good acidity. A medium-high alcoholic level wine, of long length and with a hint of refined leathers and chocolate in the aftertaste.
