Visual: Low transparency, red purplish color with maroon gleams and a high glycerin density.
Nose: Cedar, refined leather, blackberries, clove, butter biscuit, and evergreen oak wood.
Taste: Big, fresh and good acidity, medium-high alcoholic level, long length and with a hint of refined leathers and chocolate in the aftertaste.
Pairing: Roasts, suckling pig, herbal or cream-based desserts.
