Nose: Raspberry jam, tobacco, freshly cut red berries, refined wood, vanilla and blackberries.
Taste: Dry, amicable, franc, acidity and tannins well-balanced, medium length.
Pairing: Beef, lamb, Mexican food, Italian food and simple cuts of meat.
