Technical information: Cluster and grains selection from the property’s organic vineyard. Fermentation in stainless steel and bottling. Aged 12 months in french and american barrels.
Tasting notes: aroma of fresh rosemary, peppermint, lavender, bell peppers, prune, cassis spices such as clove and juniper. Delicate, smooth, with an oak well-integrated, good level of acidity, alcohol and tannins. With a long aftertaste of chestnuts, peach and refined wood.
