Visual: It has a cherry red colour with transition hues and medium depth, clean and bright.

Nose: It has fruity aromas of cherry and blackcurrant, as well as elegant notes of black truffle, aniseed and cinnamon with hints of coconut, vanilla and dried flowers.

Taste: It has a medium attack, excellent balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol and a long finish.

Food pairing: Ideal for spicy Mexican food, mole poblano, medium intensity cheeses, red meats, spicy pastas.
