Visual: Deep golden, very clean and crystalline.
Nose: Very intense, ripe pineapples, banana, and deep honey and some sweet condensed milk.
Taste: Melted butter, caramelized pineapples and light hints of creme brulee and honey.
Pairing: Foie gras, baked chicken, creme brulee.
