Visual: Cherry red, medium color intensity; clean, clear, and bright.ntense plum red with ruby reflections.
Nose: Fruits, wood and spices. Cherries, pepper, cloves.
Taste: Medium intensity. Dry taste, good body, good permanence, marked tannins, slight bitter taste.
 
Pairing: Intense dishes such as cuts of meat, rib eye, lamb, lasagna, duck.
