Nose: Light aroma of leather, toasted almonds, allspice, black fruits, plum and dried basil.

Mouth: With delicate tannins. Aftertaste of plum and fresh cherries plus a light smoky touch of green peppers that make a long finish that echoes on the palate.
 
Pairing: Red meats, roasted eggplant with spiced couscous, grilled vegetables and northern discada.
