Fermentation: 18 months in French oak.


Visual: Dark ruby red.

Nose: Red cherry, blackcurrant and prune, anise and ginger, aromas of tobacco,cigar and minerals, graphite and thyme.

Taste: Explosive fruityness, fresh and clear, with a good balance between acidity and tannins and a long finish.


Pairing: Dishes prepared with fine herbs, lamb, cuts of meat.
