Visual: Violet red with ruby trim, limpid and crystalline.

Nose: Pomegranate, redcurrant, very fruity, with herbal and pepper notes, chili and grape must.

Taste: Soft and fruity attack, low astringency and acidity. Almost non-existent bitterness and short aftertaste.


Pairing: Tables of cheeses and cold meats, pizzas, tacos, hamburgers, hot dogs, roast beef.
