Fermentation: 4 months in French oak.
Visual: Light yellow, with bright sparkles, excellent viscosity and cleanness.
Nose: Fruity and aromatic, pineapple, green apple, and pear, roasted wood, subtle vanilla and butter.
Taste: The fruits perceived on the nose persist, with great balance between acidity and alcohol. A long and rounded taste.
Pairing: Fresh seafood, barely cooked or raw, marlin ceviche, pastas and fresh or medium soft cheese.
