Fermentation: 12 months in French and American oak.
 
Visual: Garnet red color, medium intensity, rim of violet tones, tears that anticipate good taste density, clean and bright.
Nose: Red fruits, raspberries, blackberries and currants, light aromas of spices, vanilla and tobacco.
Taste: Intense and fresh attack, light flavors of good grass and mint. Firm tannins, with a long and silky finish.
 
Pairing: Sausages, tapas, roasted meat, soft cheese.
