Fermentation: 24 months in French oak.


Visual: Dark red plum color, deep violet reflections, high density in appearance, overcomes good volume.

Nose: Red over ripe fruits bouquet, pepper, truffles, bitter chocolate, tobacco and roasted coffee.

Taste: Intense attack, voluptuous and complex, firm tannins, well balanced warm, and a nice long ending.


Pairing: Roasted vegetables, tomato pasta, poultry, grilled beef and risotto.
