Fermentation: 14 months in Hungarian and American oak.


Visual: Intense red plum.

Nose: Raspberries, lilies, violet flowers, cocoa, cloves, pink pepper, dried blueberries, coffee, toasted almonds, cinnamon.

Taste: Nice attack with integrated tannins.


Pairing: Roast beef, grilled octopus marinated in fine herbs.
