Visual:  Intense color, dark plum red, with pink edges.

Nose: Toasted and smoked aromas of peanuts, almonds, raisined ripe black fruits and a touch of peat.

Taste: Round entry, with an evolution and marked tannins, all this complementing the smoky flavor, toasted nuts, cocoa and chocolate.

 

Pairing: Strong meats such as wild boar and lamb; stews, mole poblano or your favorite chocolate-based dessert.
