Visual: Medium-high color intensity, cherry red, purple and orange hues, sharp, clean, and a bright, well-rounded.
Nose: Fruity character, spices and wood, eucalyptus and peppers.
Taste: Light touch of bitterness, and firm tannins. Long lasting, dry finish with fruity and wood aftertaste.
 
Pairing: Intense cheeses, wood-fired meats, and spiced stews.
