Visual: Medium color intensity, ruby red, with purple hues. Great cleanliness, high density.
Nose: Black cherry, chocolate and peppermint.
Taste: Intense, dry, firm tannins and long lasting finish. Smooth acidity and cranberry notes.
 
Pairing: Seared tuna, pork with rich sauce, pizzas, hamburgers and pastas.
