Fermentation: 3 months in new French oak and 9 months in second hand French oak.


Visual: Moderate garnet nd translucent.

Nose: Intense notes of red fruits, black pepper and tobacco.

Taste: Dry, light tannins with notes of strawberry, cranberry, black pepper, tobacco.


Pairing: Intense cheeses, cheese and tomato based pasta, grilled steaks.
