Fermentation: 3 months in new French oak and 9 months in second hand French oak.


Visual: Bright garnet.

Nose: Intense and complex with toasted noted, plumb, blueberry and leather.

Taste: Dry, medium tannins, complex with notes of black fruits, blueberries, plumb and oregano. Persistent with elegant aftertaste.


Pairing: Creamy cheeses, lamb, veal, meat.
